Founder of Bodycore

Hi, I’m Alexis, a qualified personal trainer and yoga teacher. I help people get stronger, fitter, and more confident in the gym – safely, effectively, and without the confusion that often comes with training alone. Whether you’re new to the gym, returning after time off, or feeling stuck with your current routine, I’ll give you a clear plan and the support to follow through. My training is structured, motivating, and designed to deliver real progress, with a focus on building strength, improving movement, and developing confidence you can carry into your own workouts. Training takes place at Goodlife Health Club Success, located in Cockburn Gateway Shopping City. The gym offers a spacious, well-equipped training floor with modern strength and cardio equipment, plus a welcoming, professional environment that makes it easy to train comfortably and confidently.
